The undersigning GASTONE CONTIN, in quality of owner of the data processing of the NUOVA INOX SRL society, with headquarters in Via DEI PINI, 50 – 36016 THIENE (VI), informs in agreement with art. 13 of the UE Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereafter “GDPR”) that your data will be processed for the following purposes:

1. Object of the process

The Owner processes personal, identification data in the NUOVA INOX SRL society, communicated by you in occasion of contracts, exhibitions, contact forms, phone calls, visits in the company or orders of service to the owner.

Your personal data collected will be processed for the following Service puroposes and Marketing purposes:

– fulfilment of pre-contractual, contractual, tax or accounting obligations arising from the relationship with you in place and fulfil the obligations provided for by law, regulation, community legislation or Authority (such as anti-money laundering) and for the management of business relationships to the extent necessary to complete the requested service at best;

– exercise the rights of the Owner, for example the right to defense in court;

– management of business relationships to the extent necessary to carry out the requested service in the best possible way;

– answer to the required inquiries about the Company and/or its services/products;

– send with automatic ways (e-mail, sms and mms) and traditional ways (mail and / or text messages and / or telephone contacts) newsletters, commercial communications and / or advertising material on products or services or company events offered by the Data Controller and recognition of the degree of satisfaction with the quality of services;

– send you via e-mail, mail and / or sms and / or telephone contacts commercial and / or promotional communications by third parties.

Please note that if you are already a customer, we may send you commercial communications related to services and products of the Owner similar to those you have already used, subject to your disagreement (Article 130 paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code).

3. Processing methods

The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and / or automated processing.

The Data controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the Service Finality relationship and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for Marketing or Commercial Purposes .

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes referred to in art. 2:

a) to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as persons in charge and / or internal managers of the processing and / or system administrators.

Managing contacts and sending messages

This type of services makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.

This type of service analyzes the traffic of this application, potentially containing users’ personal data, with the purpose of filtering it from parts of traffic, messages and content that are recognized as SPAM.

Statistics

This type of services allow interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of this Application. The interaction and information obtained through this Application are always subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network. This type of service might still collect traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.

Google Analytics (Google Inc.)is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Contacting the user

Contact form (Application)By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorizes this Application to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header. Personal Data collected: name, company, telephone, email, country and message.

5. Communication of Data

Without the need for express consent (pursuant to Article 24 letter a), b), d) Privacy Code and art. 6 lett. b) and c) GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in art. 2 to Supervisory Bodies (such as IVASS), Judicial Authorities, to insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as to those subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of said purposes. These subjects will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.

Your information will not be disseminated.

6. Data transfer

Personal data is stored on servers located at the offices in Via Dei Pini, 50 in Thiene (VI) Italy, within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Owner hereby ensures that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

7. Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal to reply

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 2 is mandatory. In its absence, we can not guarantee the services of the art. 2.

8. Rights of the interested party

In your capacity as an interested party, you have the rights set forth in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:

i. obtaining confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;

ii. get the indication:

a) of the origin of personal data;

b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;

c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

d) of the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2 of the Privacy Code and art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR;

e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;

iii. get:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment is proved impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

iv. to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and / or paper mail. It should be noted that the right of opposition of the interested party, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes through automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility remains for the data subject to exercise the right to object even only partially. Therefore, the interested party can decide to receive only communications using traditional methods or only automated communications or none of the two types of communication.
